I know, right? I mean, there's still so much about this place that I don't entirely get, and some of the stuff that happened over the holidays was a bit...weird, but I really have no other choice than to adapt.

But...pretty much every home where I'm from has a bloodstone circle somewhere. It's used for prayer and such daily rituals as long-distance telekinesis, so, y'know, kind of important. These aren't exactly the same thing, and you don't bleed as you come into contact with them like a true bloodstone does, but with the help of a felt-tip pen and the power of imposing my own reality on space and time, I'm managing.
